No prescription is required! Our product is a healthcare machine, so it does not need a prescription. If you have specific requirements for oxygen concentration or oxygen flow rate, please choose our products according to your actual situation.
When do you received your package?
US In stock & Free Shipping for US orders. 3-5 business days to deliver. Accessories: 10-15 days to deliver. The oxygen concentrators and the accessories will be shipped separately.
Why I get more than one package from one order?
Usually, we will ship all of your orders in one package. But the parts and accessories may be sent separated.
How long is the warranty ?
All of our brand-new home and portable oxygen concentrators s are a one-year manufacturer warranty, except our used oxygen concentrator and accessories.

How do I use my gift card?
Your Oxygensolve e-Gift Card will be sent to the email address used for your order before the promotion ends. The email will include your gift card amount, redemption code, and expiration date.
